Tyler Kroma is the founder and co-owner of NxtStep Football, with over 10 years of playing experience and a strong background in coaching and player development. After playing collegiately at Cape Fear Community College and Belmont Abbey College, Tyler transitioned into coaching, working with players at Wilmington Hammerheads, IMG Academy, and now at the collegiate level with Cape Fear Community College. Through these experiences, Tyler has worked with players of different ages, levels, and goals. His mission with NxtStep Football is to provide each player with personalized training, honest feedback, and the guidance they need to take the next step in their development.
